Plant and Seaweed Polysaccharides Symposium
17-20 July 2012 | Nantes, France
PSP 2012 is co-organized by both French National Institute for Agricultural Research (Nantes) and French National institute for Scientific Research (Roscoff). In the tradition of the Plant Polysaccharides Workshop series started in Melbourne in 1980, PSP 2012 will explore recent advances and future trends in understanding the relationship between structure and properties or uses of plant and seaweed polysaccharides. Lectures and posters will be organized into five topical areas:
• Structure of polysaccharides and their assemblies
• Polysaccharides and new enzymatic pathways:
• Biorefinery and green chemistry
• Innovative polysaccharide-based materials
• Polysaccharides and healthy food
