Green Bridge Technologies International, Inc. targets inventors

Although it will continue to develop and market its various GPS products and services, it will operate this business through a new and revitalized corporate subsidiary called Ecologix.

The Company has also established a new three-pronged approach which will target inventors of new Green technologies. Green Bridge Technologies will be evaluating the acquisitions of both companies and technologies as part of its growth strategy.

The Company has divided its search for exciting new products in to three areas of interest. First, the Company will work directly with inventors that have promising concepts and inventions in the broad area of energy efficiency, but need funds and guidance to move their invention to the next level. The Company has secured a laboratory facility in Auburn, MI, where its incubator division will operate. The second area being evaluated is technologies that have been brought to operating prototypes, but need resources to bring them to market. Finally, the Company is evaluating going concerns that have made it through the developmental stage, but need both financing and marketing expertise to grow their businesses.

As recently announced the Company has completed a name and symbol change that helps reflect its new direction towards developing a green corporation. The Company is also working to build its management team in anticipation of implementing its new corporate mission.
